Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WIN LOVE service ("the Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

WIN LOVE is an AI-powered dating and romance coaching service. You receive access to an AI coach (Lerato) that provides dating tips, pickup lines, relationship advice and related content.

3. Subscription and Charges

• The Service costs R7.00 (seven Rand) per day.
• Charges are billed daily to your mobile airtime or account via Direct Carrier Billing (DCB).
• The subscription renews automatically every day until you cancel.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient airtime or credit.

4. How to Subscribe

You subscribe by clicking the "Start Now" or similar button on our website or promotional material and confirming the subscription on your mobile device.

5. How to Cancel / Unsubscribe

You may cancel at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from the Service, or
• Dialling the unsubscribe USSD code provided after subscription, or
• Using your network's content services / subscriptions menu (e.g. *135# on Vodacom, *155# on MTN, etc.).

Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. You will not be charged again after successful cancellation.

6. Networks

The Service is available on MTN, Vodacom, Cell C and Telkom Mobile (subject to network availability and your account status).

7. Content and Advice

All content and advice provided by the AI coach is for entertainment and general guidance only. It does not constitute professional counselling, therapy, legal or medical advice. We do not guarantee any specific relationship outcomes.

8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, abusive or offensive purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Privacy Policy

• Mobile number (required for billing and access)
• Conversation history with the AI coach (to provide personalised advice)
• Basic technical data (device type, network, timestamps)

• To deliver the Service and personalise responses
• To process billing via your mobile network
• To improve the Service
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Mobile network operators (for billing)
• Service providers who help us operate the platform
• Authorities when required by law

4. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data after cancelling.

5. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting support.

How to Unsubscribe

You can stop WIN LOVE at any time:

• Reply STOP to any SMS from the service
• Dial the unsubscribe code sent to you after joining
• Use your network menu:
  • Vodacom → *135#
  • MTN → *155#
  • Cell C → *133*1#
  • Telkom → *179#

Once cancelled you will not be charged again.
